Luke is responsible for the management of transport planning and sustainable travel planning projects. He has over thirteen years’ experience in Transport Planning and Policy, Sustainable Travel Planning, Traffic Engineering, Development Control, and Spatial Planning projects for both public and private sector clients.

 

Luke’s extensive experience includes preparation of numerous Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, and Travel Plans, along with a wide variety of traffic engineering projects including junction and visibility analysis, pedestrian/cycle accessibility, traffic counts, safety audits, parking studies, and public transport routes.

 

Luke has extensive experience in Development Control matters for the public sector, having been involved in the assessment/review of over 100 substantial residential, employment, leisure, and retail applications across East Anglia.

 

He also has been involved in the promotion and marketing of a range of ‘Smarter Choices’ initiatives to support the Highways Agency’s East of England ‘Influencing Travel Behaviour’ project, and also Local Development Framework consultations to assess their compliance with National and Regional Plans, Policies, Strategies and Guidance.
