Rossi Long provided Civil and Structural engineering design services for the construction of the new Willow Community Centre that is located within the heart of the new Roundhouse development in Cringleford. The new-build £1.4m centre was completed in 2014 and constructed by Kier Construction. The centre provides a hall that can accommodate up to 250 people, a café bar/function room, a servery kitchen, the parish council offices, changing facilities and a grounds maintenance store for the adjacent football pitch. A new car park was also provided to serve the building.

The single storey building was constructed using a steel frame to the main hall and entrance lobby with the adjoining areas constructed in load bearing masonry with a lightweight timber flat roof.  The hall roof was formed using two long-span steel trusses to enable the hall to be subdivided into four separate quadrants using moveable partitions.
