Refurbishment of a concrete framed, 1970s, six-storey office block, providing 2,300 sq m of accommodation. The project involved full scale static load testing of the existing structure to ascertain its load capacity. Works included complete recladding of all facades, new lift installations, construction of new entrance link bridge canopy, and plant gantries at roof level.
