A 47,000sq ft conversion of traditional Norfolk buildings into prestigious office accommodation. Built around the historic 1836 Octagon building, it gives the site a unique historic atmosphere. The development comprises part historic conversion and part new build.
We provided structural and civil engineering services, designing complex infrastructure with a storm water lagoon. The structural solutions are varied and utilise a framed approach with careful detailing of timber/steel roof trusses to ensure a modern, aesthetic look.
