We are proud to announce that we received a Norwich Society Design Award last week for our contribution to the restoration of the Norwich Guildhall clock tower, which also went on to receive the Sir Bernard Feilden Conservation Award. The scheme was undertaken on behalf of Norwich City Council who were presented with the award.
The Guildhall is a striking grade 1 listed building which was constructed in the early 15th century and served as the local seat of government for the city from it’s construction up until 1938 when City Hall was completed. A profile of the restoration work is available on the Norwich City Council website here. It is also featured in our conservation page on our website.
