New Principal Transport Planner Joins Rossi Long Consulting

We are delighted to announce that Luke Fairall has joined Rossi Long Consulting as our Principal Transport Planner.  He will be responsible for the management of transport planning, traffic engineering, and sustainable travel planning projects for our clients. Luke has over ten years experience in Transport Planning and Policy, Spatial Planning, Development Control, Traffic Engineering, and Sustainable Travel Planning projects for both public and private clients.


Prior to joining Rossi Long, Luke worked as a Senior Transport Planner preparing Transport Assessments and associated Travel Plans for private sector clients regarding the development of a range of land uses, and assisted with a wide variety of traffic engineering projects, including junction analysis, public transport routes, pedestrian/cycle accessibility, parking studies and local safety schemes.


He also has experience as a Transport Planning Consultant  on the Highway’s Agency’s Spatial Planning Commission for the East of England – with specific project management responsibility for spatial planning and transport planning tasks. Luke has extensive experience in Development Control matters for the public sector, and has been involved in the assessment of over 100 large residential, employment, leisure, and retail planning applications.


In his spare time, Luke is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys travelling the world.
